About SL Yoga

Silver Lining Yoga (Nisch, outside the studio) specializes in personalized yoga guidance, especially when there might be more benefit from assistance outside of group classes.

We often begin with asana – the physical postures and movements, i.e. strengthening and stretching – moving toward, preserving, and enhancing well-being in the body.

The emphasis is on a safe, healthy, integrated approach to movement, promoting well-being, increased awareness in your own body, and just the right amount of challenge when and where needed.

We can then add or use more pranayama (breathing exercises) to enhance the physical practice, experience, and benefits.

The practice can continue to grow, embracing philosophy, chant, concentration, meditation.

All supporting the fullest experience of yoga – meaning union – the complete acceptance of what, who, and how we are as people – expanding the spaces in the patterns of the planning mind to relax, and even surrender, into the feeling of a non-divided reality.


Scheduling: It’s flexible.  We will coordinate to set up timing that works for you.


Pricing:  We will coordinate to make sure that pricing matches your needs.


Nisch has been instructing yoga for 6+ years and draws on his background in biomechanics and exercise physiology as well as continuing studies in body work, yoga methods and philosophy to provide well-rounded support for clients with all types of interest and experience.
